Address Change Instructions

To change your contact information, click on the Profile tab and then click on (b) "Edit address or e-mail" under the Student System Profile heading.

You may change your preferred mailing address and other contact information using this form. When you access this form it is automatically filled out with the information that is currently on file in GGU's administrative database. You may now enter the correct information in the indicated fields on the form. Use the drop-down list boxes to fill out those fields that have them.

The Effective Start field indicates when you want GGU to start using this new address information. If you do not fill out this field the system will assume that the address change should take effect immediately. The Effective End field is provided for you to indicate when this new address will no longer be valid. This field should be used when you will only be at the new address for a certain period of time (e.g., vacation address, sabbatical address). The system will stop using this address on the indicated date. Click Submit when your have finished making changes.

If you are changing your e-mail address, you may also want to change it in the General Profile by clicking on "Edit Profile" form the Profile Tab.
