Who is Tuition Management Systems (TMS)?
Tuition Management Systems is a company who manages this plan for Golden Gate University.
What do I need to do to sign up for this plan?
You and your employer must complete the Corporate Reimbursement Plan Authorization Form for the current term for which you are registering at Golden Gate University and attach the employer's business card who is authorizing the reimbursement. This form must be submitted to Student Accounting Services at 536 Mission St., San Francisco, CA 94105 or fax to 415-442-7819 or other regional sites within 5 days after registration. You must sign up with Tuition Management Systems for this plan at the time of registration. If you do not sign up within 3 days, your registration will be canceled.
Can I download the Corporate Reimbursement Plan Authorization Form?
Yes, go to the Index of Forms page and look for the form under the Student Accounts heading.
How do I enroll with Tuition Management Systems?
You can call Tuition Management Systems (TMS) directly at 800-722-4867 or log on to their website at www.afford.com. You can also complete the TMS enrollment form in person at all school sites.
Are there any fees for signing up with Tuition Management Systems?
Yes, there is a $100 processing fee payable to TMS upfront. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid every term.
What happens when I pay late?
TMS will charge your account a $30 late fee when your account is not pay by the due date on the TMS billing statement. This fee is payable to TMS (not GGU). Any inquiries regarding your TMS account needs to be directed to TMS at 800-722-4867 or www.afford.com.
What is included in the Total Payment Plan Amount box on the TMS enrollment form?
Tuition only. All other fees must be paid directly to GGU upon registration.
What happens when I add or drop a class?
You must contact TMS to adjust your budget accordingly. TMS will verify with GGU only when there is a budget decrease or withdrawal from the plan.
Why did I receive an email from GGU when I selected this payment option?
This email will provide a link to TMS and instructions on how to sign up.

What happens if I don't sign up with TMS for this payment option?
Your registration will be canceled within 3 days unless another payment option is selected.
How much time do I have to send in the Corporate Reimbursement Plan Authorization Form to Student Accounting Services?
You have 5 days for this form to be forwarded to Student Accounting Services after registration.
What happens when I close the browser window prior to selecting this payment option?
Your registration will be canceled on the next business day unless a payment option is selected.
When will I receive my bill?
TMS will mail out the bill on the 10th of the month prior to the due date. All payments should be sent to Tuition Management Systems, Payment Processing Center, PO Box 0169, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0169, on the scheduled due date.

What do I do when I finish registering for my classes?
You must select a payment option. Your choices are Pay in Full, Corporate Reimbursement Plan, Installment Plan or Corporate/Agency Direct Bill Plan.
