Installment Payment Plan FAQs

This e-mail provides a link to TMS and instructions on how to sign up. Tuition Management Systems is a company who manages this plan for Golden Gate University. You can call Tuition Management Systems (TMS) directly at 1-800-722-4867 or log on to their website at www.afford.com. You can also complete the TMS enrollment form in person at all school sites. Yes, there is a $55 processing fee payable to TMS upfront. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid every term. TMS will charge your account a $40 late fee if your account is not paid by the due date on the TMS billing statement. This fee is payable to TMS (not GGU). Any inquiries regarding your TMS account needs to be directed to TMS at 1-800-722-4867 or www.afford.com. Tuition only. All other fees must be paid directly to GGU upon registration. You must contact TMS to adjust your budget accordingly. TMS will verify with GGU only when there is a budget decrease or withdrawal from the plan requests. Contact Student Accounting Services at sas@ggu.edu or 415-442-7839. TMS will mail out the bills on the 10th of the month prior to the scheduled installment due date. All payments should be sent to Tuition Management Systems, Payment Processing Center, PO Box 0169, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0169, on the scheduled due date. Your due dates are the 1st of each month of your scheduled installments. In all cases, the final payment is due on December 1st for the fall term, May 1st for term spring term and August 1st for the summer term.
