Student Account Help

This page presents your outstanding accounts receivable balance with GGU as follows:

Balance Forward represents the outstanding balance from previous terms or charges. (Does not appear on Account Summary by Term page).
Current Charges include balances from the current and most recent term. (Does not appear on Account Summary by Term page).
Total Charges are the sum of the two previous amounts, and represent the charges owed to GGU.
Student Payments represent any payments made against the Total Charges.
Financial Aid Payments represents the financial aid payments that have been credited to your account.
Financial Aid Remaining represents the estimated amount of financial aid still available to pay charges on your account. The actual amount is dependent on conditions of your enrollment and eligible charges.
Refunds represents the sum of current refund payments.
Total Amount Currently Due represents the Total Charges less all the payment amounts, and reflects the accurate, up-to-the-minute total amount you owe GGU. If you are paying your charges using multiple credit card transactions, this field and the Student Payments field will be updated at the end of each transaction. (Does not appear on Account Summary by Term page).
Balance represents the Total Charges for the term less all the payment amounts for the term. If you are paying your charges using multiple credit card transactions, this field and the Student Payments field will be updated at the end of each transaction. (Does not appear on Account Summary page).
