Continuing Students
As a continuing student you have your own professional advisor in your school whose job it is to assist you in obtaining your academic goals quickly and easily. Your advisor is your main point of contact throughout your career at Golden Gate University, the person you can go to help you select classes, and can assist you with such things as
changing your degree, substituting courses, filing a grade grievance, or waiving program requirements. Advising services staff in the schools also will assist you in connecting with other university departments and faculty.
As an undergraduate student, you must work with your advisor each trimester in order to select your classes, get clearance to register, and to stay on track to achieve your graduation goal.
You can make an appointment with your advisor at any time by using the university's
online advising scheduler or by
contacting your school.
We look forward to assisting you in any way we can. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reason!
