In October 2007, The Center for Academic and Professional Success (CAPS) launched the official GGU 'members-only' group on the popular professional networking site LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com

By joining GGU's LinkedIn Group you can view a list of other GGU group members and access tools that facilitate connecting with former or current GGU colleagues, classmates, and faculty. Guide to Using LinkedIn For Graduate Students the Office of Career Planning, Law Career Services, and Alumni Services partnered to launch GGU's Alumni Career Network, a new networking tool within GGU's online alumni directory: AlumniConnect. By joining the Alumni Career Network you will gain an easy way to connect with students and other alumni to discuss your profession and share industry knowledge. These discussions - often called 'informational meetings' - can be mutually beneficial for both participants, and lead to life-long connections and new career opportunities. The Alumni Career Network will also help GGU identify alumni interested in coming to speak on campus about their careers and industry trends. To participate in either of theses opportunities, we invite alumni to log into GGU AlumniConnect and update their profile by checking the box next to 'Alumni Career Network' Reach out to your fellow alumni in person. Professional associations are groups of people who are looking to advance their field or industry. Professional associations can provide excellent training and networking opportunities for those who are involved.
