Welcome from the International Admissions and Advising Services Team!

Golden Gate University has a strong tradition of educating international students and scholars. Currently the university enrolls more than 500 international students from approximately 80 countries. The university's total enrollment includes about 5,000 students. The Office of Enrollment Services provides International Admissions and Advising (IAA) services to international students and their dependents, and assists members of the GGU community including faculty and staff with matters relating to international students and their integration into the university community. The office is located at the San Francisco campus, but serves the needs of international students attending any of GGU's sites. Located on the first floor of the San Francisco campus in the Office of Enrollment Services, the IAA staff members are dedicated to assisting our international students from start to finish, from the application process, to all immigration paperwork, to academic advising, through to graduation and beyond.
Who is defined as an international student?

The international admissions and advising team is responsible for assisting all students in F or J immigration status. In addition to nonimmigrants, we also serve any student who has academic credentials from outside of the United States. This includes US citizens, permanent residents, and other visa holders who have earned undergraduate or graduate credit outside of the US.
What is IAA?

It is the place to go for:
