Clubs & Government



Student Government
Student Government Association (SGA)} represents the various interest groups from the schools of business, taxation and technology at GGU. The SGA strives to represent the goals and objectives of the student body by promoting student development and properly allocating student funds. Four members make up the SGA team and are awarded scholarships for their responsibilities.

Academic Clubs

The following academic clubs are student organizations that aim to further the professional development of students through leadership training and involvement in the respected field. The organizations offer educational enhancement, career networking and social events. Cultural / Extracurricular Clubs

The following cultural clubs act as a medium to support and encourage international students who are studying in the USA with assistance, social events and activities.

How to Establish a Club or Organization
Interested in starting student club or organization? Here is how....
  • Establish at least ten student members
  • Elect the officials of the club as a President, VP of Administration, VP of Finance and VP of Public Relations (Depending on the club's activities, you may have two officials instead of four)
  • Decide on the club's mission statement
  • Submit the list of your officials to the Student Government VP of Administration (Room p-13) with phone numbers and e-mail addresses, mission statement and the list of events you plan to do
  • Prepare a budget proposal at the beginning of the each trimester and submit it to the SG office
