Welcome to the GGU Chapter of the American Marketing Association

GGU's Marketing Club is the student-run organization that focuses on professional development and networking for students interested in marketing and public relations careers.

As a student chapter of the American Marketing Association (marketingpower.com) we have a strong relationship with the San Francisco professional chapter (www.sfama.org).

Being part of the GGU AMA student-run chapter will give you a chance to:
  • Practice applying skills learned in class to professional life
  • Learn team-building and leadership skills
  • Host industry panels based on leading trends and current events
  • Represent our organization at SFAMA meetings and at other universities
  • Organize marketing workshops, seminars, and events including an annual Marketing Career Fair
  • Network with industry professionals
  • Enhance classroom learning by attending monthly AMA meetings, conferences, and workshops hosted by marketing experts
  • Gain instant access to the AMA's online career center, job listing & knowledge database
  • Continue affiliation with the AMA after graduation through a "bridge" membership
Student Membership in the Marketing Club is open to all GGU students, both undergraduate and graduate. No prior experience is necessary. In fact, the Marketing Club will help you gain valuable experience in event planning and team work!

Student membership in the American Marketing Association is $57 per year and includes membership in the San Francisco Professional Chapter, SFAMA.
