How to Get Started

1. Contact us by telephone or e-mail at 415-442-6578 or wellnessresources@ggu.edu.
2. It is not necessary to fully inform us of your situation. If you inquire by e-mail, it is particularly important to maintain your privacy, so when e-mailing we recommend you just say you're inquiring about our services.
3. Keep in mind that we can assist you more quickly if you give us specific days and times we can reach you.
4. After we've heard from you, our first step is to talk with you briefly by telephone to get a clear sense of your needs. Our staff will call you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, except on weekends.
5. Every attempt is made to schedule an initial appointment or give you the referrals you need within a week of your inquiry.
6. A standard session, including the intake appointment, is 45 minutes for individuals and couples. Group sessions last from one to two hours a sliding fee basis, depending on the group topic.
