Our Services

Wellness and Counseling Assessment and Referral

Regardless of where you attend classes or where you live and work, we will help you evaluate your personal or health situation and help you connect with the best resources to serve you, whether you're looking for a yoga class, massage practitioner, psychotherapist, acupuncturist or medical doctor.

Individual Consulting and Counseling

We offer brief, in-person, appointments for students on the San Francisco campus.

Work/Life Balance Programs

We offer workshops and events on the San Francisco campus to support students in creating Work/Life Balance and in mastering the stress of managing multiple obligations to school, work and family. Our workshops help you handle the stresses of life in general, and also the stresses that come with studying and preparing for exams. We'll assist you in learning new ways to manage your time and energy as well. We are also developing online materials for this website to support the members of the community who are not in San Francisco.
