Jim Dalton has been an instructor for GGU since 1999, and other educational institutions since 1995. He is both a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a COMPTIA Certified Technical Trainer, and is also an industry solutions developer and curriculum developer. He weekly conducts training for a variety of subjects ranging from SharePoint Architecture, Microsoft Server Deployment, database design and implementation, network security,network administration and installations, E-business development, PC and Internet Security, and customizing Microsoft Office applications.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Digital Security from Golden Gate University. He holds numerous Microsoft and Industry certifications including Server 2008 ITPro, SharePoint 2007 IT Pro, SharePoint 2010 Technology Specialist, Server 2003 MCSA, Windows 7 ITPro, MOS expert certifications for Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and COMPTIA certifications for Security+, Network+ and A+ exams.
