Dr. Koontz's has 20 years of experience with international market research, consumer insights and global marketing consulting experience, including qualitative and quantitative market research, international brand strategy, strategic business plans, segmentation studies and Japanese language-based research projects. She is founder and owner of a global market research firm with a focus on the following industries: gaming and entertainment (Bandai Corporation & Digital Manga Inc.) biotech, software and hi-tech. Mary Jean is an EduTech entrepreneur, developing apps that combine her love for animation, kids and education.
