Students who have never participated in mock trial at GGU will register for Mock Trial. Those who have participated on a mock trial team at GGU will register for Advanced Mock Trial. Trial Team Orientation will take place within the first two weeks of the semester to determine which students will be competitors and which students will be alternates. Both competitors and alternates are required to do the same amount of work, attend all practices, and complete all mock trial requirements. Mock trial courses are only open to upper division students who have completed Evidence and Trial Advocacy or will be concurrently enrolled in these courses. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: Evidence & Trial Advocacy. Waiver of either requisite is at the discretion of the Director. Mock trial team practices are flexible. If this course conflicts with another course, please contact the Program Director or Registrar's Office to be manually registered. Counts toward completion of the Experiential Coursework Simulation Course Requirement.
