Introduces strategic analysis and design techniques from an integrated perspective. Addresses the roles that functions within an organization play in strategy formulation and implementation. Students will perform analysis and develop strategy in response to external and internal business environment. Examines the implications of strategy on the outcome of business entities. Prerequisite: LEAD 300. Corequisites: LEAD 303.
