Ainsley has a BA in Criminology, an M.S. in Educational Psychology and spent 20+ years at Hewlett Packard as a software developer, business process consultant and program/project manager. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practioner (ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Ainsley’s consulting work is focused on development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement, and includes methods such as chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, and World Café. She also speaks at conferences, facilitates public workshops and teaches a variety of Agile Management courses. Ainsley is co-author with Diana Larsen of “Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams”.
