Bonita Mackey is an experienced, professionally certified executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant specializing in linking people development to organizational results. She has coached leaders at all levels with honesty, directness and a genuine commitment to their personal growth and development. Her success in delivering results derives from her real-world experiences while holding leadership positions at both IBM and Verizon. Bonita has also functioned as both an internal and external coach which gives her a unique perspective on the skill set needed to be an effective executive coach in today’s demanding corporate environment.

Specialty areas include Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Personal Branding, Unconscious Bias, Emotional Intelligence and connecting people development to bottom line results. She has coached leaders from a variety of industries across the United States, Europe and Asia.

Bonita graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology. In addition, she is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and has earned the International Coach Federation designation of a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a member of the Global International Coach Federation and the St. Louis Coaches Group where she has served on the Board of Directors and held several other leadership positions.
