Surbhi has 10+ years of extensive public accounting experience on addressing various complex international tax issues impacting companies’ ongoing international operations and future international operations. Her areas of expertize include but is not limited to foreign tax credit, subpart F, withholding tax, investment in US property, FX gains and losses, treaty related issues, outbound transfers, PFICs, FIRPTA etc. In addition, she has provided consultation to various clients with respect to IP migration planning, repatriation planning and other restructuring related planning. Surbhi received her MBA at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and is currently pursuing MSL at UC Hastings – School of Law.
