Morton-Padilla is a human resource executive with more than 25 years of experience in the leadership, development, management, and administration of all aspects of human resources. Her areas of expertise include: staffing and college recruiting programs, HRIS, benefits, policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, leadership and employee development and training programs, organizational development, executive coaching, communication of vision, mission, core values and strategies, development of human resources programs that support company strategies and goals, employee relations, and AAP/EEO programs.
