Doug Woo is a licensed California CPA with 30 years of tax experience, specifically
focusing in real estate transactions and partnerships. Mr. Woo has worked for the
accounting firms of KPMG and Ernst & Young. He currently is the Tax Director for Legacy
Partners, a residential and commercial real estate owner, developer and manager headquartered
in Foster City, CA.
