Evert W. Palmer

Adjunct Professor Evert Palmer is City Manager for the City of Folsom, California. He currently serves as chief executive of a full-service charter city with more than 72,000 residents, 420 employees and more than $100 million in expenditures. Evert is an International City/County Manager's Association Credentialed Manager. He holds an Master of Public Administration degree from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree from Chapman University and a Certificate of Achievement in Municipal Leadership from the University of Southern California School of Policy, Planning and Development. Additionally, Professor Palmer holds memberships with various organizations in the field of public administration.
