Felicia Harris-Foster, former investigator for a financial services company in San Francisco, has more than 18 years experience working in human resources, project management, auditing, and corporate security. Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master of science in human resources, and an MBA from Golden Gate University. She currently is pursuing a doctorate of business administration. Harris-Foster has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in management, organizational development and behavior, leadership, human resources, ethics, critical thinking, business communications, general education studies, and financial planning. She has served as executive co-chair for the African American Employee Resources Group and on multiple community-based boards focused on children's education.
