Professor Ghassen Mosbahi was born in Bizerte and have been in the U.S. for over a decade. In addition to English, he speaks Arabic, French and some Italian. He is currently a Director in the M&A Transaction Services at Moss Adams. He has over 10 years of extensive  experience that includes assisting private equities and strategic buyers through all phases of the acquisition process,  including initial deal analysis is, financial and accounting due diligence, valuation, identification of synergies and  integration. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he was a Director in the Deal Advisory group at KPMG. His experience includes financial due diligence, restructuring and corporate finance projects. He worked in multiple cross border transactions including the U.S., France, Finland, Germany, Belgium, UK, UAE, Greece, and Vietnam. He was involved in deals that ranged in value from $10 million to $3 billion. Some of his past clients included, Google, Intel, IBM, Seagate, Tesco, Francisco Partners, TPG, Adobe, and eBay.
