Jan Wilson, has over 35 years of experience and leadership in the field of Human Resources, applying state-of-the art practices and technology to the organization’s strategic objectives. Her background includes achievements in organization performance improvement and teambuilding, human capital strategizing, program and policy design and implementation, staff and executive coaching and training, operational effectiveness, and key issue resolution, as well as practical experience in all HR functions. She also has consulted with small companies on business application software and process planning.

Ms. Wilson holds an MA in Counseling from California State University at Sonoma, a BA in Psychology from University of California at Berkeley, and completion of various graduate business programs from California State University at San Francisco, Santa Clara University and Golden Gate University, where she is a senior adjunct professor of HR. In addition, Ms. Wilson is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a California specialty (SPHRCA), a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a certification trainer. She is a past president of the Northern California Human Resources Association, where she has chaired multiple committees, and served several board terms.
