Joe ZarateSanderlin has been involved in the alternative sexuality communities in New York, Boston, and San Francisco for over 20 years. They have a private practice in San Francisco where they specialize in working with relationships, specifically in the LGBT community and in alternative sexuality communities. They teach other therapists about Talking to Clients about Sex, Gender in Psychotherapy, Open Relationships, BDSM Relationships, and they provide consultation on these and other topics.
