    John Ford is an experienced workplace mediator and trainer. He has successfully mediated hundreds of disputes in the workplace. John has also worked with numerous teams that are held back by the inability to deal with conflict. He has mediated for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and currently specializes in the mediation of informal discrimination disputes in the federal sector. In 2014, John utilized his experience to publish a guide book on workplace mediation for HR managers.

    He studied law at the University of Cape Town before moving to Namibia where he practiced from 1988 to 1995. Initially, John focused on the representation of survivors of human rights abuses, before focusing on employment and family law after Namibian Independence in 1990.
