John is an Adjunct Professor of Business Strategy at Golden Gate University. He has been a strategy consultant for 25+ years, both in the US and in the Asia-Pacific region. He is currently a Partner at Sage Partners LLC, where he works in the firm’s Strategy & Governance and Venture Acceleration practices, helping companies of all sizes address strategy, business model and growth issues.  John has a keen interest in education, having served on the Boards of both the New College Foundation and OASES (Oakland Asian Students Educational Services). He also mentors several university students and young professionals in the Bay Area.
