Justin Dombrowski has extensive Emergency Management and Homeland Security experience in leadership/command and operations from the local on-the-ground/tactical level to strategic direction internationally.

He has responded to more than 50 Presidential declared disasters and hundreds of other emergencies, National Special Security Events and other significant incidents in executive leadership positions including as the lead federal official for the President of the United States. Justin served on numerous international and national executive working groups, boards, and committees and worked extensively with senior and elected officials and the media. He has been the lead Subject Matter Expert supporting emergency management capability efforts for numerous nations. Justin has written college curricula and instructed at universities, professional organizations and for other nations.
