Justin is a Managing Director overseeing True Partners Consulting's National Transfer
Pricing Practice. Prior to joining True Partners, Justin served in a variety of senior
management level capacities with tax and economic consulting groups at High Street
Partners, Alvarez & Marsal, Duff & Phelps, and Arthur Andersen.
Justin has over 20 years of experience assisting companies either in expanding abroad
or in restructuring existing international operations. He has deep transfer pricing
expertise, with heavy exposure to a variety of financial issues affecting international
operations including: international tax, employment requirements, HR, expatriate,
treasury, finance, and business regulatory.
Justin’s transfer pricing knowledge covers a wide range of technical areas including:
intangible property licensing and migration, cost sharing arrangements, global tax
minimization, intangible asset valuation, M&A due diligence, post-merger integration,
controversy management and resolution, Advance Pricing Agreements, supply chain restructuring,
and global planning and documentation studies.
Justin has spent an extensive part of his career assisting high technology firms in
the Silicon Valley to effectively manage intangible property on a global basis. Additionally,
Justin has worked with firms across a wide range of industries, including: B2B, B2C,
software, high technology components and equipment, electronic contract manufacturing,
clean technology, telecommunications, automotive, entertainment, industrial equipment,
consumer electronics, retail, apparel, REITs, and agriculture.
Justin holds a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in economics and accounting from Claremont
McKenna College. Justin is also a frequent speaker and lecturer on transfer pricing
and valuation matters.
