Kelvin is a Tax Counsel at Informatica which is a new role to assist in tax planning, evaluating the impact of tax reform, and addressing key accounting for income tax issues. Kelvin previously lead domestic income tax items including: federal and state tax compliance, quarterly and year-end financial statement reporting; and maintenance and improvement of Corptax (tax compliance software). Kelvin began his career at Earnst & Young in the Global Compliance & Reporting group primarily working on audits of multinational corporation.

Kelvin is a Certified Public Accountant in California. He has a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in English from Santa Clara University, a M.S in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law.
