Larry received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. Larry is a teacher and a management consultant, providing strategic management, marketing and organizational development services to companies in high-tech, health care, education and financial services.

Most recently Larry led a development team at Stanford to build a Mobile Device Management solution for the University. For this work, the team received a national award for innovation in education. Prior to that, he assessed, developed and implemented computing and communication solutions at Stanford and helped lead organizational change efforts for the automobile insurance company, CSAA. Larry served as Co-CEO of InDefense, Inc., a security software company. Prior to that he developed internal communication strategies for Hewlett Packard. Earlier in his business career, Larry worked as a Manager at AT&T Solutions, developing strategic plans for ecommerce clients, including developing new business models in Telemedicine. He has written business plans, pitched investment and helped a wide array of eCommerce clients, from Netscape and Check Point to startups, developing new products and services and expanding market opportunities.

In addition to teaching, Larry delivers Innovation and Creative Problem-Solving workshops and has served on the Boards of local organizations. Larry is also a musician and composer.
