Lydia Daniels has been a senior adjunct professor at GGU for more than 30 years, teaching
graduate and undergraduate courses in human resource management and organizational
behavior both online and in the classroom.
Daniels currently holds positions as the president and CEO of Daniels Consultation
Services. In the past, she has served as chief human resources officer and director
of human resources for acute care hospitals. Daniels developed and implemented systems
for all human resources functions, has experience in transition projects and has led
successful union contract negotiations during her career. She is a published writer,
editor, lecturer and speaker. Daniels is a GGU alumni and holds a bachelor of arts
in human relations (cum laude) and a master of science in human resource management
with an organizational behavior emphasis (most outstanding graduate in human resources
award).
