Mr. Manish Arora has extensive knowledge of and experience in strategic management, business development and financial analysis. Mr. Arora is currently a Managing Partner at Oakpeak Equity Partners and is a member of Oakpeak’s Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to Oakpeak, Mr. Arora worked at Marlin Equity Partners (LA-based PE firm) where he focused on isolating new investment opportunities (both public and private companies) and analyzing incoming investment proposals. Before Marlin, Mr. Arora was part of the Strategic Business Development group at Intel Corporation where he drove acquisitions in the technology sector. Mr. Arora completed numerous Mergers & Acquisitions / Venture deals at Intel including the McAfee, Virtutech, CoFluent and Swiftfoot transactions. Mr. Arora has a MBA from Georgetown University and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Oregon in addition to a Bachelors in Mathematics.
