Mark Berkowitz, JD, CPA, provides consulting services to Deloitte Tax LLP with respect
to its Investment Management and Real Estate industry clients. As a partner with
Deloitte Tax LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, Mark functioned as a regional practice leader
for the firms’ Real Estate and Investment Management practices. Mark has published
articles in a number of professional journals and was the co-author of a treatise
on the Federal income taxation of real estate.
