Maureen O'Keefe is a detail-oriented, results-driven senior human resource management professional with more than 18 years of experience developing, executing, and directing the human resource strategic and tactical initiatives for organizations with single and multi-site operations. Given her proven ability to collaborate with senior management and business owners to conduct strategic planning sessions and develop results oriented plans to support company goals she has yielded tremendous results. Maureen also maintains significant knowledge of EEO, FLSA, ADA, DOL and FMLA interpretation and regulation compliance.
