Mica Hall

Mica Hall earned her BA in Russian Language and Literature from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and her MA and PhD in Slavic Linguistics from University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She later earned her Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University. Her areas of research interest include: sociolinguistics, how learning styles affect student success, organizational behavior, organizational theory, human resource management, educational leadership, and how to create high-functioning teaching teams. She has worked at Defense Language Institute for since 1999 and is currently a school Dean.
