P. Marcia Browns career in the Training and Developing field spans over 20 years. Her primary focus has been Leadership Development. She has served as consultant in both public and private sectors; profit and nonprofit industries. She also served on the Faculty Senate board of GGU. Marcia is a Certified Practitioner of MBTI, and holds a Master's Degree and Professional Coaching Certificate in Organizational Development Psychology.
