Robert Chow is a result-oriented technical manager and educator. He has also worked
for technology start-ups, ISPs, local and long distance carriers, data products and
Inter-networking companies. Robert's telecommunications career began with AT&T, where
he held various technical and managerial positions.
Robert currently works at NASA-Ames Research Center. In this position, he directs
a team of technical professionals managing NASA ARC’s LAN, WAN, Cable Plant, Radio,
VoIP/Telephones and IPTV/Video services. He has managed Tier 3 and Tier 2 Technical
Support Engineering groups, Technical Assistant Center (TAC), Network Operations Centers
(NOC), Data and Colocation Centers, Project and Program Managers, Outside Plant Fiber
Construction group, Network Design and Operation, as well as Installation and Maintenance
forces.
