Roger L. Kemp

Roger attended night school on the GI Bill®, and received a BS and MPA degree from San Diego State University. He returned to school to earn an MBA and PhD degree from Golden Gate University. He began his career in the City of Oakland, CA, and served as a City Manager in California, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is now an author, consultant, and speaker.
