William Lu was a partner at Latham & Watkins, where he was a member of the Tax Department. His practice covered a wide variety of tax-related issues in both US and non-US contexts. Mr. Lu practiced primarily in financial products, derivatives, corporate finance, structured finance and various international tax matters.

Mr. Lu received a JD and an LLM from New York University School of Law in 1999 and 2002, respectively.
