Experience

Yang is International Tax Counsel at UnitedHealth Group (a Fortune 6 company). Prior to join UHG, he has over 14 years of U.S. international tax experience at various large-size public accounting firms. He specializes in cross-border merger and acquisitions, reorganizations and international financing structures. He assisted UnitedHealth Group in its $5 billion acquisition of Amil in 2012 and $13 billion acquisition of Catamaran in 2015.
