Honorio Daboin was born and raised in Venezuela where he earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He has 12 years of work experience in the oil, gas and mining industries in countries including Iraq, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.

Honorio's native language is Spanish and he also is fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese. Currently, he is completing a master of science in project management. Honorio served as the President of the Student Government Association (SGA) at GGU. As the President of the SGA, he served as a liaison between the student body and the GGU administration, he represented the needs and concerns of students, acted as the voice of students, promoted the SGA, and encouraged involvement and active participation among students.

After graduating from GGU, Honorio plans to stay in San Francisco to work in the energy and construction industry.
