Rajalakshmi Ramachandran (Raji), graduated with a masters degree in Information Technology from India. She worked for 7 years with fortune 500 companies like GE, IBM and ANZ bank and in many countries like Singapore, Australia and Portugal before coming to US. Her prior work experience and the niche curriculum for Project Management at GGU motivated her to pursue a masters degree at GGU. Raji is currently working as a Product Analyst at ExactTarget.

She now lives in the Peninsula with her husband and they both love long walks and hikes. She also loves pencil drawing and gourmet cooking. She would like to thank professors Dr. Miro Costa, Dr. Bob Fulkerth, Dr. Mona Sabuco and Dr. Homer Johnstone for their constant guidance and motivation throughout her course. She is very thankful to her very supportive family and dedicates this MS to her husband who has been a constant support and inspiration during the entire eighteen months of rigorous coursework.
