Faculty: Adam Forest

Adjunct Professor   Adam  Forest is the managing partner of Scale LLP, a distributed law firm serving tech companies across the United States.  He represents clients in both transactional and litigation matters, from early-stage founders to late series unicorns.

Prior to Scale,   Adam  ran the legal department at LendingHome Corporation, where he saw the company through hypergrowth to over 250 employees, $1B lent, and over $100M in venture capital raised.  He started his career at Reed Smith LLP, where he practiced commercial and appellate litigation and represented clients in financial services, education, and intellectual property disputes.  

Adam  received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and his B.A. from Stanford University.
