Dr. Huang is associated with the Kaufman Dolowich Voluck LLP San Francisco office. She is an ADR practitioner with the San Francisco Community Boards, the SF Homeless Supportive and Housing. She is also a legal interpreter with the Asian American Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus. Since the enactment of SB 766 in January 2019,  she  has been serving on the committee of the California International Arbitration Council (CIAC) actively promoting international arbitration in California with her colleagues.

Dr. Huang joined GGU adjunct faculty in the Spring of 2018 teaching Chinese Law and Governance, International Commercial Arbitration, and International Commercial Contracts. Presently she sits on the GGU SJD dissertation committees. In her wide range of international legal studies, Dr. Huang degrees in BA in Chinese Language and Literature,  JM (Juris Master) in International Environmental Law, LLM in U.S. Legal Studies, and SJD in International Legal Studies.
