Nima Nayebi

Adjunct Professor Nima Nayebi is a former research attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where he spent over five years reviewing civil and immigration appeals and assisting Ninth Circuit Judges on a variety of tasks. Professor Nayebi is currently a litigation attorney at a Bay Area defense firm. He is passionate about legal writing and research, and enjoys helping students produce an impeccable work product. Professor Nayebi graduated cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law, where he served for two years as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal. During law school, Professor Nayebi externed for 2-3 Gray's Inn Square Barristers in London, the Hon. Paul Haerle at the California Court of Appeal, and spent a full semester with the chambers of the Hon. Richard Seeborg at the US District Court for the Northern District of California.​
