Since 1994, Adjunct Professor Rosemary La Puma has taught Legal Analysis, Legal Research and Writing, Practical Legal Writing and Special Problems courses in torts, contracts, criminal law and procedure, evidence and real property at Golden Gate University Law School. She is also the author of If I Don't Pass the Bar Exam I'll Die - 73 Ways to Keep Stress and Worry from Affecting Your Performance on the Bar Exam (Aspen, 2008). She is the owner of Rosemary's Review - A Comprehensive Bar Tutorial and has tutored students for the bar exam since 1993. Professor La Puma is also a Yoga-Alliance certified yoga teacher. Using this training and her bar exam expertise, she teaches students specific stress management techniques for the bar exam.

Professor La Puma has also taught writing courses at John F. Kennedy Law School, UC Hastings College of the Law, and University of San Francisco School of Law. She also served as the Assistant Director of Academic Support at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law for the 2007-2008 school year. Prior to her teaching career, Ms. La Puma practiced family law and juvenile criminal defense law.Professor La Puma holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
