Kayla Krupnick Walsh, Ed.M, LPCC oversees the Office of Student Affairs at Golden Gate University. Her background is in career development and career management. In addition to her work at Golden Gate University, Kayla has also taught career development related courses at other Bay Area colleges. Pieces of her curriculum on using social media in the job search have been published in "Experiential Activities for Teaching Career Counseling Classes and for Facilitating Career Groups Vol. III". Kayla is also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California.

Prior to coming to Golden Gate University, Kayla worked as an Assistant Director at New York University's Wasserman Center for Career Development. She has also counseled students and alumni at Columbia University, The New School, and LaGuardia Community College. Kayla holds an EdM and an MA in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College at Columbia University and a BA from Vassar College.
