Robert has hands on experience managing Technical Support Engineering, Technical Assistant Center (TAC), Network Operations Centers (NOC), Data Centers, Field installation and maintenance forces. The self-motivated leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with senior management has found great success in his career. Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management and customer service skills (including superior verbal and written skills) are to be included in the contributing factors to his success. Additionally, he possesses excellent technical knowledge of fiber optics transmission and switching systems, data networking and Internet technology, internetworking equipment and network management tools.  Throughout his career, he has earned additional hands-on knowledge with SONET, DWDM, ATM, Frame Relay, DACs, VoIP, T1/T3, Fast and Gigabit Ethernet, MPLS, VPN, STP, VLAN; Mobile Wireless networks: WIMAX, 3G, Fixed Wireless systems: 802.11x, WiFi, Hotspots and WLAN; Internetworking technology: TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF and BGP.  As a result, he holds a solid understanding of HVAC, AC/DC power, generator, environmental, alarming and backup systems.
