Faculty: Shiva Moozoun

Shiva Moozoun earned her B.S. in Accounting from Towson University in Maryland in 2001. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a J.D. in Business Law and LL.M. in Taxation law. Shiva handled a group of multimillion dollar companies as their Controller while pursuing her Juris Doctrate. Upon getting licensed in California, she started worked at a boutique law firm in San Francisco handling a wide variety of tax controversies, OICs, and settled many cases with the IRS. Shiva has worked in several well-known local CPA firms as tax attorney and tax director. Shiva’s practice as a tax attorney is dedicated to handling all aspects of tax controversy, including audits, international tax, and tax compliance as well as estates and trusts. When not teaching or working, Shiva enjoys running outdoors, Yoga and taking Flamenco classes and Cello lessons.
